Umberto, I just ordered a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium to replace Windows XP Home on my system.  Do I need to deactivate my sceneries before I install it?

Probably yes. Not that it's required, because it's unlikely you already used all your 6 activations but, if you do it, you will not consume one.
