Scuddy-25:
Hi Guys

I have a little problem :( After a break from Flying for 3 weeks I reinstalled Win 7 and partitioned my hard drives.
I have downloaded the Sludge/Combat Hornet Integrator but every time I open it it crashes ???
my fsx is now installed on another hard drive X: and not the standard C: Drive. is this anything to do with the Crashes or is it just user error.

I am Training in the updated T-45 atm :) fantastic.

Whats the error it gives you?

Letourn:
I am running FSX on another Disk. There is nothing run doing that. just dont think that all the files for FSX is on that drive. There is a lot of config file in your profile running on you C drive. So if you wanna run a backup make sure to get those files.

Back to your problem maybe you can try a manual intall and see if it fix it.

Hello Scuddy!
How did you Installed win7/64bit? Here is what I found on the web: However, there is a proven way to improve the reliability
of the FSX install process on any Windows.  This is most
efficient if you have two physical drives.  Create a folder on
a different drive or partition, called FSX_Install, or whatever.
Using Windows Explorer, copy the entire contents of both
DVDs into this folder.  A couple of times you will be asked
if you want to overwrite a particular file.  Say No.

It may take a bit of time because the cab files are in the 100s
of MBs.  The reason behind this install method is that the
FSX DVDs sometimes balk during the install.  The copy to
disk is method much more reliable, due to more robust error
correction algorithms in the file copy process.

Scuddy...

You can use the latest BASELINE Sludge v1.2c MANUAL install, then use the MANUAL UPDATE.ZIP I put out on this thread.  That should barrel you through all the problems of the AUTO Installer.
