Hi we wont really know anything in till the game is close to release and the game goes in its last stages of beta, most people are hoping that it looks good while keeping performance reasonable.
boomsonic:
I wonder what FSDT will do?
FSX and MSF, drop FS9?
or just MSF alone?
hmmm
Frank Lindberg:
I think FS9 will die sooner than FSX, but both FS versions is dying... I'll bet my money on MS Flight ;)

It's not that we have that many options:
- We surely can't afford to "miss" Flight, because it IS the next flight sim from Microsoft, and we'll surely stand behind it.
- We can't probably afford to support 3 platforms at the same time, with one being 8 years old, which is also hinders our abilities to move forward
- We still believe FSX hasn't reach its full potential, meaning we'll continue developing on it well after MS Flight will be released.
That's leaves us with just one option left, which is to drop FS9. Of course, that doesn't mean FS9 users will have any problems with the existing products, since we'll still maintain them if needed, but I don't see us still developing new stuff on FS9 in 2012.
