Strange Pauses at Dreamteam Airports?

Please know that I am not trying to blame anybody for anything, especially DreamTeam. I am only trying to find solutions. The scenario as I described above seems to be working is all I know. I am not interested in side stepping the issue or really that much in the logistics, just to get everybody working together.
