Can't download Amsterdam

I purchased Amsterdam through the FS ADDON MANAGER but I can't figure out how to download it.  The addon manager says the scenery is active but it isn't listed in the scenery library and it sure looks like the FS9 default airport to me.

Normally, you are supposed to download first, install it, have a look at it, and then purchase. However, it's no problem if you purchased it already: the scenery is activated on your system so, as soon as you install it, it will be already active.
