What will Hawaiian Islands Vol. 2 be?

So, Vol. 1 has been released (great!!). Where there is "Vol. 1" one would assume there's also a "Vol. 2".

Which islands/airports will be covered in Vol. 2? The entire island of Maui with its airports for instance?  A nice mix between "major" ones (Kahului) and smaller ones (Hana).

Kahului/Kona would be a great choice IMHO.

I think the plan was to evaluate sales of Vol. 1 before making any decisions on Vol. 2.  ;)

I think it should be a 3 airport package. Kahului, Kona, and Lanai. Kahului has a terminal like Lihue and Hilo and Kona and Lanai have the simple hut like buildings which if I am not mistaken, do not have jetbridges so should be fairly simple to make... We can also have a VFR airfields package which could help too.
