Any suggestion's with a terrain problem

Hi there guys, I am retired from the Navy and live north of NAS Lemoore. For sometime, I have always wanted to build NAS Lemoore (stationed there 3 times). But the one big problem is that the operations road go's under two taxiways. I really don't like the idea of having the road stop on either side of the taxiway. Would like to have vehicle traffic. Now that I have VRS F/A-18E (One bad plane), I would like to try something. There is a NAS Lemoore out, but no taxiway bridges and I would to include Main side which is four miles away. (Base is 21 square miles) I recently got Dallas-Ft. Worth X (because of the taxiway bridges). I know it can be done. I use ADEX9. I have not used any terrain software. I have FS Global 2010 installed.  P.S voted for Phoenix and San Diego.
