GSX 3.7.3 Boarding issue with FSS E190

Hello,

I was trying to board my passengers with the FSS Embraer E190, fuel and cargo are well loaded but not PAX. The message "Boarding passengers now" stayed forever but not actually boarding anyone.

However, it works well for the E195, and also for Fenix aircrafts.

The same problem happens with the deboarding. Does anyone know what the issue is? Thank you very much
