GSX pink logo for some vehicles

Hello everyone

I don’t know if some of you have the same issue than me but when I’m on MSFS and at a gate when asking for boarding. Every vehicles come near the plane but only pushback cart, bus and bagage loader’s uniform are in pink.

I’ve unlinked and uninstalled GSX bring happened, I’ve deleted all the files of GSX same.

Can someone tell me what to do because this last for a month now. I did every update

The problem doesn't happen if GSX is installed correctly.

- Run an update CHECK with the FSDT installer

- If that doesn't work, install the Offline installer

- If that still doesn't works, run another update CHECK again after you installed the offline installer.

- If that still doesn't work, try updating using a VPN software.

If NONE of that works, you can be sure your GSX installation is fine so, if you are still missing objects, the problem doesn't have anything to do with GSX, and it's caused by the very well known maximum Simobject limit reached in the sim, due to too high settings, especially for AI traffic and Ground AI traffic. Lower these settings and also check all suggestions in t he GSX Manual, Page 95, in the chapter named "Missing Objects"

Unfortunately I did everything that you said but it’s still not working.

- I’ve installed the offline installer (AddonManager) and run MSFS but same
- I’ve ran check after but still didn’t do anything
- Then I’ve used a VPN software and ran the update on fsdt installer but nothing happened
- And at the end I’ve lowered all the AI traffic and ground

I don’t understand. Maybe there is a missing texture in the files or something that report as an error for the game ?

Als struggling with pink logos

MSFS 2024
Pink logos in pushback, buses, some catering.
Executed updater, check, offline installer.
Set everything in the sim to low.
Uninstalled GSX
Deleted %APPDATA%\VIRTUALI\PackagesCache
Reinstalled GSX
Executed updater, check, offline installer.
Executed updater, check, offline installer.
Executed updater, check, offline installer.
Executed updater, check, offline installer.

Still pink logos.
I do not have VPN.
Do I really need a VPN to get the logos back again???
Since 15 years of flightsimming I was never ever advised to use a VPN
Is there no other way because I do not want to spend any money to a VPN just to update a simulator addon.

Ive tried everything and even read the manual explaining page 95 about the missing objects and pink textures but nothing changed.

I’ve also had this message when launching FSDT Last Update.


So what am I supposed to do ? I still have the pink logo on the passengers bus, pushback cart and baggage loader uniforms.

Don’t expect any other reply than the usual copy-and-paste standard answer.

In the end, you’ll have to search yourself if you’ve already followed all the described steps.
I found the solution by searching for anything with the name GSX, FSDREAMTEAM, or COUATL after I had uninstalled GSX.
Using the search app Everything for Windows, I scanned my entire system.
It turned out there were still leftover GSX files on another hard drive.
This drive had been transferred from my old simulator PC, and the uninstallation before the transfer apparently hadn’t gone completely right.
I manually deleted everything.

After that, I reinstalled GSX, and all the vehicles once again had the correct logos—no more purple squares.
