CRJ Seated passengers not available

Hello,
the seated passengers are not available for me in MSFS 2024. The checkbox isn't there to activate them. The latest version of the CRJ is downloaded and installed via the marketplace. Its not streamed.

No airplane from the Marketplace will ever support GSX Seated Passengers, it doesn't matter if it's streamed or downloaded, the problem is the files we need to patch to enable passengers are not accessible because they are encrypted.

Its the same for non marketplace CRJ`s. Seated passengers dont work. Wondering if is working for anyone here???

MSFS 2020, aerosoft CRJ latest version, seated passengers are not working. walking through cabin, not staying in seats, vanishing, in result: cabin empty after boarding.
Guess it needs some assistance from Umberto.
