GSX Pro Loading ... Disabled ...

Hi!

I have been using GSX for many years without any issues. I have recently bought a new PC and installed GSX fresh on it. It installed and registered fine. However, when I run the sim this happens:
1. Couatl doesn't start although it is set in the EXE.XML
2. When I manually start couatl for MSFS (2020) it will show up in the system tray
3. When I then select GSX from the FS2020 toolbar, it will load the indices, but when finished it will start switching rapidly between showing "Loading..." and "Disabled ..." and then show "Failed to load GSX menu"

I tried to update using the Universal Installer and have installed it through the offline installer , followed by an update via Live Update. Unfortunately to no avail.

I am getting a bit desperate here, as I am running out of ideas. It seems that since I normally run the sim from my stand user account and GSX requests admin rights during install, it has installed the files to AppData\ associated with the admin account. (However, on my old PC I also used the standard account to run the sim.

Any help would really be appreciated!!

On MSFS 2020 Version 1.39.9.0, When I load a flight and ready for taxi the GSX menu continues to loop between Loading / Flying. It takes a long time for it to settle down and sometimes it doesn't. I have deleted the GSX and reinstalled it, I tried different Sceneries (KJFK (Inibuilds), KMIA (LVFR), KLAX (Inibuilds) and finally Default KJFK). It continues to loop and when it does settle down none of the selections are functional. I have tried restarting Couatl64 and nothing changes, it still acts as before. I have even tried removing ALL third-party Scenery, Utilities and just leaving the aircraft I primarily use which is the PMDG 777.

I'm running a Ryzen 9 (9950 X3D CPU) 128 Gigs of memory and RX 9070 XT GPU.

I've run out of ideas on the issue hoping you can provide me with some insight on possibilities.

Ok, after several more re-installs (on-line and off-line) and live updaes, for one reason or another GSX finally started behaving itself and now works as on the old set.
