Passengers missing after enter aircraft

Hello. The passengers are missing after they entered aircraft. The problem started to happen after the last update 3.7.2. What should i do in order to solve this issue? The ground workers and equipaments seems to be working properly but the passengers isn't. (PMDG 737-800 first class config). It's worth to mention that option "passengers seated" is enable to the model (738)

same issues most likely due to the chime  switch since my pmdg 777 have no issues

yep but even when CHIME is off the pax still disappearing right after they walk through front galley. I also tried to check the installation, reinstall and nothing seems to work. This started to happen after 3.7.2 update (3.7.1 was working properly).

i have the exat same issue

They enter the Galley and dissapear when thy walking into the Cabin. I checked the texture.cfg inside the Livery and all the GSX entries are still there for the seated passengers. There is noch Change even the Chime is On or Off. I fly the PMDG 737-700 and 737-900. I will attach a Log maybe it will help.
