PMDG 777 Cabin Crew

I cannot seem to get GSX to match the cabin crew with the livery I select MSFS2024. I have the following lines in my log:

[00:02:01.422] Livery folder for UAE_A6EPT doesn't have an icao_airline, let's try the aircraft.cfg
[00:02:01.422] icao_airline not found in aircraft.cfg, we'll use the airline code from Simbrief, if available.

I've created an aircraft.cfg in the folder of the relevant livery that looks like this (this was a 3rd party livery, but the wrong crew show in the official PMDG liveries too):

I've reset the seated passengers option in the installer, but nothing works.

The only way I've managed to get Emirates crew is to modify the aircraft.cfg file in the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\Community\pmdg-aircraft-77w\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 777-300ER\presets\pmdg\PMDG 777-300ER\config folder, but doing that means Emirates crew will show regardless of what livery I select, I'm sure it must be able to be livery specific.

The coutal log also shows this, despite me setting the airline to UAE in my simbrief plan:

I've tried a full re-install of GSX and still have the same problem. I have attached my latest couatl.log and below is an extract of the URL the log shows for getting the simbrief flight plan, which clearly shows an icao airline set.
