The release links are fixed, and the Live Update always worked. If you suspect you have an issue caused by network delays, use the Offline Installer.

what I already have installed? Look at my Post 120 above, in P3DV5,

 Addons->Couatl Live Update->Check Live Update->2 - Read the Latest release notes ( this option not visible on my P3V5)

Can I still install that universal installer over my GSX32 bit and would that make any difference?
