It doesn't work anymore, because Digital River bankrupted at the start of 2025 (owing us and many other developers tons of money), so we had to switch to Fastpring with a new ordering system, and those discount were worked by recognizing a previous purchase made on Digital River.
In any case, the discount was the same we usually apply when doing sales, and since Black Friday is not far (at all), I suggest to do your updates using the sale.
