Hi!,I’m wondering why my passengers doesn’t board at time on FENIX after load Simbrief FP and all seems to start ok,(fuel guy loading,then arrives the cargo guys and load the plane)and when finishes fuel and cargo,the passengers are not arriving to the plane as expected (as far as I know)and is very frustrating because I get over my EOBT time and still waiting for my passengers….
But…..if I open GSX (not pressing any menu option only opening the menu)the cabin crew immediately arrives to the plane and the passengers start to board.
Is all the process automated?,OR we may start the board opening the GSX menu?,or press the start boarding now button in the GSX menu in order to board PAX in the FENIX buses?
Thanks for any clarification because is driving me crazy!
