I have been having this problem on the Fenix A320 on MSFS 2020. Latest version of GSX installed. It says boarding request but no passengers board and cargo as well. My passenger count is stuck on 0 and the cargo count is stuck on 0kg.

Can only confirm passengers with the Fenix work just fine.
