Bug - catering with PMDG 777-300ER

I have noticed this for a while and expected someone else to report it but still not fixed, so I guess I can only blame myself for not reporting it earlier.

With PMDG 777-300ER, when getting catering services, they open the R2/5 doors fine, load the catering, but then the sim keeps prompting to close the doors.   I think what's happening is both vehicles are toggling R5 which means it stays open and you keep getting the prompts.

When you manually close it, the rear vehicle descends but then the door re-opens (I assume from the forward vehicle toggling again), so then you close it and finally that vehicle departs also.

I have just moved PCs so this has happened on two completely different installations.

Having same issues with the latest 777f. GSX asks for closing doors, like GSX and the airplane are fighting each other. When taking off, door alarm goes off and say it's open and I have to go through the checklist to cancel the warning. Happening onFS20 and FS24.

The problem is likely the PMDG automation, which has been added at some time by PMDG without asking for any help/support (like every other developer did). We added a way for developers to disable GSX own automation, which of course is fully documented, meaning:

- If PMDG decides their own automation might be affected by the GSX internal one, they can disable it.

- If PMDG decides to remove their own automation (I think they said so), the GSX one will likely work better.
