missing stairs and pax / GND staff in pink

good evening Team

sadly, 4 days ago i have reported through the support email that i have these issues :

1- stairs is missing
2- GND staff in pink color
3- Cargo loader vehicle is not the normal

i got an answer from the staff that i have to see the manual page 95 section missing object , and i already done this and made all the steps based on the manual , but no avail , the issue still the same
I MADE A CLEAN INSTALL FOR MY SIM AND GSX , also still the same

If you already got a reply from support, why are you posting the same question here ? In any case:

- When you change your ground and AI traffic settings, you must restart the sim to see any changes.

- You should first be sure your GSX installation is complete. Click the CHECK button in the installer, so it will verify the integrity of all files.
