[RESOLVED] FSL Concorde- very long time to load fuel.

(1/4) > >>

Ray Proudfoot:
Hi Umberto,

In my last two Concorde flights using the FSL’s version I’ve noticed it’s taking a very long time to load fuel. It gets close to the amount required but the last bit takes an age.

I’ve changed the Fuel Load slider from min to max to speed things up and it has helped but this is something that’s happened only recently. It only affects Concorde apparently, not their Airbus.

@virtuali, no answer to this problem yet but I see you released an update yesterday with these comments…

GSX (all versions) Change: Several Simconnect errors that were previously considered critical, are now just logged to prevent GSX stopping if they happen.
GSX (all versions) Fix: Possible error on destroyed SimObjects not created by GSX.

Do these fix the problem I reported?

You may want to try on the GSX Discord Ray, I got an answer to my question literaly in seconds the other day.

I’m not doing Discord Brian. Umberto is a regular visitor to this forum but for reasons unknown won’t answer perfectly reasonable questions. I’m not alone in being ignored. @virtuali, where are you?

I was taking an extremely short vacation, and you must understand my time with P3D is very limited, so I can only give to it a percentage of the time that reflects the actual user base. Suppose you were an MSFS user: would you find fair that I would spend too much time on a platform now used by about 1% of the user base ?

In any case, the FSL Concorde is surely flagged as having a custom Fuel system in the internal GSX database. This means, unless the airplane-provided profile (unlikely) or your own customized airplane profile overrode that setting, GSX is NOT refueling the airplane!

Meaning, the time the airplane takes to refuel itself (that what happens when the airplane is flagged as having a custom fuel system), is completely unrelated to GSX, which will only stay there with the truck for as long the airplane keep increasing the fuel quantity.
