Jetways not controlled by GSX

I am finding that some airports (Heathrow, Palma,...) jetways that were previously working well, now are not. I have to use CTRL-J to operate them. What might have happened? Other GSX services (Pullback..) are working well. What might be wrong? What should I do?
I am running P3Dv4.5.

For jetways to be controlled by GSX in FSX/P3D, it requires either the airport using SODE jetways, or a GSX airport profile has been created using the editor.

Thanks for the information. I'll check the situation. What is strange is that both airports were running GSX controlled jetways. I on't nknow what might have happened for this change.
