When I upgraded GSX Pro to 3.63, I clicked the "Upgrade" button and it immediately jumped to the directory and I couldn't upgrade. So I deleted everything, including the %APPDATA%\VIRTUALI\PackagesCache folder. I installed GSX Pro through the FSDT_Universal_Installer installer, but when I clicked the "Install" button, it still jumped to the directory and I couldn't install. What went wrong? There were no problems with the upgrade and installation in Vancouver, Houston, and Chicago.
