Hi guys, when l position the stairs and then request boarding, l receive the menu for boarding. I select ‘Both’ which is almost immediately followed by GSX disappearing - by that l mean stairs and all associated ground vehicles. The aircraft doors remain open.
On a number of occasions l have run the update prior to running 2020 but it makes no difference. The pushback function works as expected.
Any ideas/suggestions appreciated.
