Issue With Activation

I got GSX through Simmarket and when I went to activate it was met with "Invalid S/N."
I reached out to Simmarket and was told to contact the maker of GSX, Virtualisoftware. In three weeks no reply.
Any help available?

Assuming you used the same email to contact FSDT support and to register to this forum, I can confirm no emails from your email has ever been received about this issue. Simmarket only sells GSX, that is the FSX/P3D version so, maybe you wanted to buy GSX Pro instead, the version for MSFS 2020/2024 ?

If yes, it's normal you'll see an invalid key message, because a key for GSX won't activate GSX Pro. GSX Pro is only sold on the FSDT website, so if you really wanted to buy GSX Pro instead, you should ask Simmarket for a refund or store credit, indicating you bought the wrong version by mistake.

In my previous reply, I said GSX if the FSX/P3D so yes, of course it works with P3D, that's why indicated both. I assumed you wanted to use it in MSFS, so you tried to activate GSX Pro with a key for GSX, that won't work.

If you use P3D, the key will work, provided you select GSX to activate, and you type the key correctly.

And, of you have GSX and GSX Level 2, don't mix-up the keys. You must activate each of them, and each with its own key,.

That is the issue, the supplied keys do not work, I have P3D and have the correct version.
And simmarket referred me to you.
Can you enable the keys I have? How do I activate if the supplied keys do not work?
