GSX NOT LOADING

Hello
GSX is not loading. I do not know what to do in order to have GSX working everytime. Some times it does work, but other times NOT. Not knowing why.
Can someone help me in solving this situation? Does anybody know other forum in other languages rather than English? (Spanish, Italian?)
I click on the icon up on the screen and it run for one or two seconds (a wheel runs), but nothing happens. its very frustrating!
Sometimes It works, and the day after it doesnt without any modification.
Help please.

I have the same Problem, my menu is not loading. When i start the couatl as Admin it works, but only one time. When i close the menu and reopen it, it says again Loading...

The most common cause for the menu open and closing quickly, is having manually copied the GSX folders in the Community, so they are not symlinks anymore (as they should be), so the sim is using an outdated version, while our updater is updating its local copy the sim won't use because of the manually created copies. Those can also appear if you restored from a backup, so you might not realize they are not symlinks anymore.

And in any case, when reporting a problem, ALWAYS provide a startup log as well, made according to the Sticky thread on this forum.
