Create handling/catering operators in P3D v3

Hello, I would like to know if there is any "manually" way to create handling/catering operators in P3D v3 in GSX 2.95?
I don't update p3d because I fly old planes that don't work from the P3D V4 like CaptainSim 707 and would like to create PAA TWA services.
Have good knowledge of Photoshop to work with textures.
