GSX with PMDG 777-200 is a mess
« on: June 01, 2025, 11:08:45 pm »
GSX with PMDG 777-200 is still a mess:

- constant opening of 1L during boarding and deboarding, despite jetway being at 2L
- catering trucks coming to 1R and 4R but GSX keeps wanting to open 2R

I can't replicate any of that. Jetway on L2 opens doors L2, L1 stays closed. Catering works correctly.

Have you maybe downloaded or edited the airplane profile ? Maybe you downloaded a profile made by somebody before GSX supported the 777-200 officially ? Check the airplane configuration page: if it says it's using something from %APPDATA%, it means you are not using the profile the airplane is supplied with or the internal GSX profile.

Hit the RESET button and it should revert "developer-provided" data.

Of course, I assume GSX is full updated, if you are not sure, run another update Check now.

Hi Umberto!

I have the same problem in MSFS24.

I have a stable build of Su2, Steam.

GSX version 3.5.5, last check was done today at 12:00Z.

Version 772 and 77F are the latest available.

What I see:

In the aircraft properties in GSX there is no indication that a third-party profile is used (I did not download or install it).

I have a third-party livery installed (this is the version with RR engines).
