Be sure you use the new style of keys (starting with an A), not the old ones from Esellerate that starts with FSDT, because Esellerate closed in 2019, so if you need a reactivation, you must use the "new" ( since 6 years ) Soraco/QLM keys.

If you only have a receipt from Esellerate, if you use the function to retrieve your keys now, it will send you a new kind of key.

Thanks for the reply. They already sent me the new keys starting with A. But when I try to activate them, it forces me to use the ones that start with FSDT. I've uninstalled everything, even deleting the registry, and when I reinstall it, it won't let me activate it with the new keys. I get a message saying it could be the firewall, the web communication, or that I should include it in the antivirus exclusions. I've done everything it says, but nothing works. I've realized the problem is when I install any FSDT product, and when it updates, it seems to change a file, rendering it unusable. I really appreciate your expertise in helping me solve this. It's really frustrating because I have many FSDT products, and after the last update, I can't use them.

PS: If I install them offline, the airports work, but GSX and GSX2 don't.

That's because the program is outdated, so much that it's a version that came before 2019, when Esellerate closed and we switched to QLM/Soraco. Be sure you update everything to the latest version, and be sure your antivirus is not blocking update.

If you install the airports "Offline" you are CAUSING the downgrade! The installation happens in two steps, and the 2nd one (Update), is very important.

As always, thank you very much for the response, Umberto. I'm going to uninstall all FSDT products and delete the Virtuali and Adone Manager folders. Do you recommend that I also delete the installation logs (the . reg files), and what other folders or files should I delete before reinstalling with the latest executable files? Finally, do you recommend a specific installation order? Thank you again.
