Is this the right place for support?

This is still broken - in 2024 too, and on a new Windows installation.

Really would like this issue resolved - it's been open since April. I appreciate you are busy, but I would also like to use the scenery I have paid for.

I'm sorry, but we still haven't had any time to look into that issue, because we are releasing a major update to GSX. As I've said, we'll reply as soon as possible.

I appreciate you are super busy with this new update, but I've not had access to the airport for four months now.
I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for time frames at this point, so I at least have some point of reference for my expectations going forward.

Haven't you checked the FSDT installer ? We released an update for LFEQ which has fixed this problem.
