I am writing to you to solve a problem I have with the reinstallation of the product that I bought from you FSDT-FORT LAUDERDALE for fsx.
As I changed equipment and moved away from the world of simulators a little, I had not reinstalled.
Now resuming and wanting to reinstall it has not been possible for me, I downloaded the recommended universal installer and I could not either, I have tried several recommendations and nothing.
I ask if you can help me reinstall my product, using the Anydesk tool.

You have been already replied to by email, but your answer could have been found on our site because:

- The FSDT Installer can install only MSFS products

- All downloads for FS9, FSX or P3D are in their downloads page, you only need to key to activate them

- Your key can be retrieved on the Self-help site, linked on the FAQ page of this site, or with the "Get Your Keys" button in the FSDT Installer.
