And this is exactly why you put your seatbelt on while seated, even with the seatbelt light not illuminated.  The FAs don't just say that for fun.

I feel bad for those that were moving about the cabin (including the FAs) and that person whose head hit the side wall of the cabin when he was seated, but the other injuries, sucks for them but not much sympathy from me.

Never had any problems of any sort period during the time I have flown :P
