Using your coordinates I found them. So all I had to do to reset my jetways to default is delete the KMEM*.ini file correct?

michaelfio:
I can't tell you whether deleting the ini-file will really solve your problem, but the file you mention (KMEM*.ini) is the custom airport file for Memphis, right.

There was no need to find the profile. You can reset it from the normal user interface, as I've said in my previous reply:

--- Quote --- Just remove your custom airport profile, by selecting the whole airport (which will select all gates) and RESET.
--- End quote ---

And you also said this:
Jetways at KMEM can't be customized, because they are added from a special internal database. Just remove your custom airport profile, by selecting the whole airport (which will select all gates) and RESET.

I was searching for the custom profile (had no idea where it is) and you say select whole airport, using what to do this?

The GSX control panel?  I can manage to customize settings in the KMEM and using the keypads for making adjustments, I can cycle through the jetway and
service vehicles and adjust them. Thing is, if I wanted to go back to the way it all was, I have a time of it getting it all back. I know you are telling me how this is
done, but I needed a deeper dive into what you have told me so far.

They keyword here was BY, meaning you remove your custom profile, BY doing the rest of the sentence.

The "whole airport" means the "Airport" node in the airport customization page (the left tree-like hierarchy of parking spots), which will select all parking spots at once and, if you RESET when all parking spots are selected, the whole profile will be removed.

Since you said you tried to customize jetways, I assumed you were familiar with the airport customization page.
