FSDT Installer - Live Update Error - Not connecting to internet

I try to launch the FSDT Universal Installer and the FSDT Live Update too, but not working, instead, both ones are dropping the error "cannot connect to the internet". Because of that, the airports are not loading nor FSX nor P3D. What is the solve to this error, that not be disabling the firewall/antivirus, nor be using a VPN? Please help!!!!
