[HIGH PRIORITY] Remove Visual Studio from installer

I don't think Visual Studio should be included as part of the auto-update process as this often causes errors on my system leading P3D to crash and me having to reinstall/repair my visual studio installation for it to work properly again. Since this program is part of Windows and is regularly fixed and updated through various updates I really don't think it's a good idea to be including it in your GSX installations, or any other addon, since it's just not necessary. If someone from the FSDT could see this and fix this it would be much appreciated.

The VC++ runtimes are installed by simply starting their official installer, and the official installer from MS won't install anything if you already have a newer version installed. On the other hand, if you have an *older* version than the one required by GSX, it will surely cause problems, so it must be updated.
