How about to create retired Airports?

There's a difference between finding pictures and finding pictures from every angle. You'd need pictures from every angle to have any chance of making something decent.

Lately Navigraph is for flightsimmers and not for real pilots.

Lots of luck with that one, but I'd hazard a guess and say no. They added in FMC data for Kai Tak only just a few years ago, so you could at least enter in the approaches and departures into the FMC, but they don't have charts for it.
