Boarding/Deboarding

Hello!
I have the problem, that if i activate boarding oder deboarding then it needs 1 minute or more to start the boarding and deboarding.
But i see no passengers (walking on the jetway).
I have Prepar3d vers. 6.1.11
I hope anyone can help.
At first the passangers walk and second the time to begin the boarding/deboarding.

The boarding/deboarding is starting after more then 10 minutes.
How can i change the time?

The problem was also happening to me. After the last update, boarding was ok but GSX would crash at the start of pushback. I went into settings and disabled the walker. it is now working fine, and the walker is still operating normally.

Please check your aircraft gsx.ini
For me i found the problem why i did not see the rear stairs and the loaderbelt.
And the catering of the 2.door was to high and the fuel stairs are going to high.

What i not found was the problem of the boarding time.
