What's going on with the forum and website the past few days?

I have tried to access both the main site and the forum from two seperate computers at different locations and it seems like they are very slow to load. On Saturday the main page of the site wouldn't even load at all.

Yes, I can confirm it's a problem of our host, they seemed to fixed it last week, but it appeared again this week. And it always happens during the weekend, so we have to wait until the first Monday to being looked at.

I've noticed some speed connection issues here and there with regards of the website.
