Pax Walking points not working

Hi,

So when I download a gsx profile for an airport with 'walk-in' configurations for gates. i do not see them in the profile. still passenger bus comes and there are no defined pax gate or pax waypoints? I know I can customize it myself but my P3d is being temperamental with this editing mode.

Any help?
