I no longer see People boarding and unboarding?

Ever since i did my last up date I no longer get the bus full of people to Board the plane or Exit the plane. I have un install program and reinstall it and still nothing. It also uses a basic stairs for loading. When i press the Boarding button stairs come out, baggage loads but no bus no people. How do i fix this issue

Is it possible you flagged the airplane as Cargo ? What you describe as a "basic stair" seems the cargo stairs.
