jetways docks automatically

Is there a way to prevent jetways to work by themselves? In some airports, the jetways starts to operate and docks to aircraft's door by itself, when I stop at gate. Then when I choose to deboard passengers, the jetways retracts and I end up having no passengers and no jetway.

Thank you Kevin, I only fly pmdg 737 and have a visible copilot in the VC, I will try without that flightsim.to add-on. Maybe this copilot add-on is triggering the jetway.

It was the copilot triggering jetways unfortunately (I like to see I'm not flying alone LIRW), is there a way to prevent this within msfs?, BTW thanks very much Kevin for guiding me to the right direction for fixing this.

You'd have to take that up with whatever add-on developer it is who did that add-on.

I experience this issue as well in both Fenix and PMDG. I don't have the copilot addon and I have Auto Jetway Simulated turned off in Fenix settings. I noticed jetway starts moving before I even stop.
