raise object - passenger sink - P3D V5.3

Hi,
In SPLIT, LDSP airport using the ORBX GSX profile, there are no problems, but when I want to modify the arrival of passengers without a bus from the terminal, I cannot find the function to raise and lower the object, and if I just move the starting point of the passengers and save it, I see them sink into the concrete while walking. Can you give me some suggestions?
