Licence Key Activation on Reinstallation GSX

I have a key which starts FSDTGGSX......which I purchased some years ago with OS WIN 7. Recently the same PC has been upgraded to WIn10 and I lost my GSX.
 I am trying to validate the same key  by requesting my original key. However FSDT saying there is no key registered under my e mail address! I have not changed my e mail since purchasing the original key. Any help will be most welcome.

You should never post questions about orders and reactivation on the forum because, of course, my next question would be something about your order number or other details, which we cannot obviously discuss in public.

Which is why, as clearly explained in the manual, you should always use the support email for these questions.
