GSX Keeps crashing

Neal:
Ever Since I lo0aded GSX Pro for MSFS2020 I'm having trouble with FSX. GSX keeps crashing
Loads fine, then GSX crashes. Tells me another SODE is running in the Background
I check Task Manager, No SODE is running. Appreciate any help.
