Boarding and Deboarding time

Hi

I have normal selected in the timings for boarding and deboarding but after the last few updates, it takes 30 mins to deboard and board for each event for a 174 pax. This is too long. If I select sparse, it is over in seconds. How can I change the timing to set a realistic time?
