Cannot Load PNG files

I am getting this issue.  Is Addon Manager needed anymore with P3D 5 or 6 because the FSDT Installer is used to Activate your products.   This error started happening after a Windows 11 Pro update.   Ok so there is a bug because when I disable GSX the error does not appear.   Next I will download the installer again and run it, however, what I was using is very recent since it supports P3D 6
