I have that exact problem with FSX with LPMA airport. GSX needs to be corrected. Applied the new elevation from GSX and still.

So, yes it didn't fix it. It still the same problem.

Many years ago when using FSX there was a fix published for the scenery issue, add the .cvx file listed in this topic. It must be at a higher priority than the installed scenery:
