Internanal Protection Error is back

I had an update on Friday Apr 26 2023 and I got the IPE popup in P3Dv5. I removed all of the FSDT products ensuring everything was removed. I also checked all the excludeted files and folders and they were in place. Now I can not install any of your sceneries  :-\

Antivirus, no questions about it. That's the one and only possible reason for that error message. And yes, I've seen first hand antivirus that continue to block files, without giving any warnings, even when the folders were excluded.
