GSX couatl Error **SOLVED**

<< < (6/9) > >>

StefanA:
Is someone already working on this complete outage for all users which had bad luck to get this update? I tried to reinstall a former version but because of this dubious update enforcement during installation, it is impossible to repair this.

I'm wasting hours of time for troubleshooting. As IT engineer that's my business and not Beta-Testing for free. I've a lot of work and with the old version I didn't have any problem. That's the reason why I'm running a WSUS server to control MS updates for myself. That's the same strategy, update enforcement not considering the customers' requirements.

Now I found, that the airport customization isn't affected. Operating parking or jetways and catering is working too. Only all parts with loader trucks and baggage trains fail. They are starting towards the positions and then stopping. at half the way. From this point nothing helps with GSX, coautl restart doesn't work. All attempts to downgrade don't work.

FSDT: Please inform the community what's currently happening and how long it probably takes.

Not solved. That's the main issue. Freezing up to entire PC is only one possible consequence. See other thread "couatl error". It's an outage with many affected people.

Hi there,

Confirming that I am still getting the error all the time when requesting boarding now. Even with different airports and aircraft. In this case FlyTampa Toronto, Aerosoft A320.

Below is the error log:

I'm getting the same issue after updating. Is there a way to rollback to the previous version prior to the update?

StefanA:
Seems to be solved now. I've to check, but I could deboard a PMDG B747-400 V3. Found new files with today's timestamp of approximately 3:30 PM in folder with affected deboarding/boarding services.

But there's still nothing official by FSDT which I found. Have to check a bit more, because I did it from inside the plane now and it failed always from outside view.
