"Passenger boarding started" voice plays over and over again

Hello!
After not replying to you in a long time it worked for around a month or so. After downloading the newest GSX update however I am left with the same issue again... Female voice repeatedly saying "passenger boarding starting" but I do not see any passengers.
Is there a way to roll back versions?
Where do I find the log file?

Since we haven't changed anything that could possibly affect that, and we never be able to reproduce this, not before and not now, it's not possible the update could possibly have changed this.
Are you using an airplane or a 3rd party app that controls GSX ? If yes, try without one, to understand if the problems come from that integration.

I do not use a 3rd party app that controls GSX...this happens with any aircraft in P3D and as far as I'm concerned I am not the only one with this issue.
How do I send you the log file?
