Serial number

Hi there,
I am trying reactivate GSX. I have followed the instruction entered the serial no, however I keep getting the msg  Invalid Serial number even though I have entered the correct one.
GSX Level 2 is active and Zurich X. GSX is the only one with the issue. Thanks for any help.

Rob, two things. First, if you're manually typing in the serial numbers, I would recommend copy and paste instead. If I remember, I and O are not used since they can be mixed up with 1 and 0. Second, if you want to be sure, go here and have your serial numbers sent to you:

I have reactivated the key number but I get the same message.
I am trying now to uninstall everythung and instal GSX from beginning,
i think that the file to install is one, am i correct? gsx_fsx_setup.exe
I have requested again the activation keys (for GSX and the Level 2 Expansion), with one file exe I have the two gsx and the expansion, correct?

Yes, there's only one installer for both GSX and Level 2. When you load the simulator, you just use the activation key for both.

More precisely, there's just one installer, but there are two different keys, and you cannot mix-up them so, the GSX key will activate just the base GSX key, and the GSX Level 2 key will only activate the expansion feature.
